LADbible biggest media and entertainment creator in the US

LADbible Group, the global leader in youth publishing with over 400 million social followers, today announces the promotion of Ben Elshaw to the role of Chief Operating Officer. The promotion of Ben signifies a commitment to continuing to grow LADbible Group across the globe and solidify its status as the voice of the youth generation.  

Previously Director of Group Operations, Ben has been at LADbible Group for six years, focused on improving the company’s operations and delivering growth across the portfolio. Prior to LADbible Group Ben was at Mediacom UK and has over a decade of experience in the media industry.  

Ben will now lead the Studios, Web, HR, Tech, and Originals divisions at LADbible Group. A key area of focus for the role is improving collaboration across the portfolio, to accelerate the Group’s global offering for large blue-chip brands. In addition, Ben will be leading on the Group’s continued expansion into its audience’s passion points such as Sport, Entertainment, Gaming, Tech, and Comedy to diversify its content offering. Ben will also play a crucial role in driving forward innovation across the Group, to ensure it remains relevant for its Gen Z and millennial audience and continues to deliver industry leading commercial solutions for its partners.    

LADbible Group recently launched its sixth website, UNILAD Tech, to resonate more deeply with the audience’s passion for all things technology and provide a new way for brands to reach this demographic. In October, LADbible Group announced the acquisition of Betches Media the US-based media brand founded by women, for women. Betches is renowned for its diversified content offering, with formats including podcasts, live events and merchandise, and part of Ben’s role will be working with Betches’ expert team to explore what capabilities can be applied to the LADbible Group portfolio.
