LADbible Group is committed to fostering a business which focuses on diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging for its employees – to ensure that people feel empowered and comfortable to come to work and be their true authentic selves without fear of judgement or discrimination.
The launch of the Trans and Non-Binary Inclusion Policy is set out to put in place clear support and guidance for employees who identify as trans and non-binary. It includes support and resources available to employees internally at LADbible Group as well as external resources who are partnered with the company such as Gendered intelligence. The policy also covers language and identity, transition, dress code, facilities, confidentiality, safeguarding as well as offering medical and paid leave.
This policy applies to all full and part-time permanent and fixed-term employees.
